U.S. Senator Mike Enzi will join a panel discussion on U.S. health care reform at the Campbell County High School South Campus today. Senator Enzi, Dan Perdue of the Wyoming Hospital Association, Ken Clouston of the Wyoming Physical Therapy Association and Dr. Carol Hungerford of the Wyoming Dental Association will be speaking on health care reform issues, including the bill being introduced by the Finance Committee.
The event is being sponsored by the Campbell County Chamber of Commerce to give the Gillette community the opportunity to be more informed and to let opinions be heard. Julie Simon, President of the Campbell County Chamber of Commerce states, “The outcome of National Healthcare Reform is a concern for everyone. The question is not if we need ‘healthcare reform’, the question is what kind of reform can we live with and how will it be paid for. The Chamber of Commerce believes that education and advocacy are the cornerstone of what we do for our membership and by helping to facilitate these Public Forums, we are fostering a learning environment for our community.”
